I couldn’t recommend SBL more highly. On a recent trip from Coffs to Brisbane the driver side rear window dropped in the door unexpectedly on our Discovery 5. After calling numerous JLR dealers and even dropping into one they wouldn’t even look at the situation for 2-4 weeks, despite the fact the window wouldn’t operate and couldn’t even be tapped closed leaving us in an extremely difficult situation.SBL to the rescue and the boys took the door card off and managed to diagnose the issue (broken regulator), tape window closed and refit door card in less than 30mins.Remarkable service! Shane has been perfect to deal with I purchased a TD5 Disco form him and have it worked on and serviced by him ever since. He comes in significantly cheaper than the other LR mechanics and I've never had him cut corners or not be totally up front. Really impressed.

I have had my regular services, repairs and minor modifications to Discovery 2 carried out by Shane and crew. They provide a great service, Shane has given over the phone fault diagnosis a couple of times which has been invaluable. Always good value for money, can't recommend highly enough.
