I am appalled by the dishonesty of this company. They send dodgy and dishonest plumber not only to give wrong and misleading information but also rip off the elderly in pallative care! Disgusting!

Used parkland plumbing to repair our Rinnai gas log fire that we had other gas plumbers look at and charge a fortune to not do anything. The tech (didn't get his name) was so thorough and had our unit working perfectly in an hour!! We thought it was needing to be replaced so very thankful that it could be repaired and in such a timely manner! Thankyou!!!

I found that the customer service lady (Sarah) was very professional and easy to deal with. The plumber Troy arrived on time and was very helpful, and in addition to servicing my system he was happy to discuss future options for my particular set-up. Very competitive rates too, so overall a very happy customer!
