They are the absolute worst to deal with. Couldn't agree more with the comments mentioned by others. I have had the same experience.I have had a insurance claim opened since July 2020 and they have really failed to do their part on the journey to support. 2 year later I still have water leaking into my bedroom and am just emotionally exhausted with amount of run around and follow up on my end to get a resolution.The current property manager doesn’t reply to emails or return calls. Rather works really hard at retrieving fees as a main priority. Rather rich to be chasing fees with out do the work required.Absolutely would not recommend them to anyone.

The WORST property managers in Australia without a doubt! If you are looking to invest in a property managed by this organisation do not proceed with the purchase.The only thing they will do is take your money. Want an email replied to? No. How about a phone call returned? No again.For all the tens of thousands I have paid in recent years I get to live in a property where the fences are falling down, and the awnings are rotting. The building is cracking inside and out.Avoid at all costs!

Worst service and extremely unprofessional. Chloe at Hawthorn was rude, unhelpful, threatening, and hung up on me.I pity anybody who has to deal with this company.

It is actually impressive that an organisation can fail in so many ways. From getting insurance quotes for us at DOUBLE the premium (and us paying $1000 for the pleasure) and advising me that there wasn't enough time to look for alternatives even though insurance can be cancelled and reissued at any time. To using CHEQUES as the ONLY way to transfer funds to new management (its not 1990), ignoring basic requests, failing to produce owners corporate certificates for the sale of a property, not even bothering to get their OWN contract signed with us (they were out of contract for a year with no one the wiser). I cannot stress enough to anyone reading this to run a mile. DO NOT use this company to manage your bcorp. Find literally anyone else. And to body corporate strata group - do not insult me or anyone reading this with your little response apologising for the experience and wanting my feedback. If you were interested in running a good operation you wouldn't have a 1.6 star rating on google. You are a bunch of swindlers.

These guys are just simply painful to deal with. They cant figure out which property you are at when you give them the address, no-one is ever available to talk to you. They put you through to the rwong people who are on a terrible phone line.

Same IT Issue with their payment portal for months now, despite advising them of the issue - Being kicked out of account each time I try to access the my account" page. Either they aren't referring this to be fixed or don't care. Despite advising them of my troubles to access the payment portal they still submit me overdue reminders.Each time I send an email advising of feed-back & issues I get the same generic response

Do not join BCSG. I have never, ever dealt with a more incompetent company. Multiple times we have dealt with active sewage leaks (currently experiencing) we are ignored when contacted for urgent plumbing works, multiple people have contacted them by phone and email over the last month and not received any response. Sewage is leaking across pathways which service 50% of properties.Engineering Reports that required works were ignored by BCSG which resulted in a communal stairwell not undertaking works which resulted in them being condemned and costing $300k to rebuild. When engineers called these works urgent, BCSG had no sense of urgency and works didn't start for over 2 years after the engineer who said urgent works needed undertaking 2 years earlier came and inspected them and was appalled the works hadn't been undertaken - he condemned the stairs immediately as they were dangerous. Unfortunately now Covid caused delays and increased costs. The property manager insulted builders, after BCSG failed to pay them, through BCSGs own fault, and nearly had builders walk out. Emails and calls (messages left with reception) by tenants, owners, owners corp members, building managers, property works managers and others are ignored. Honestly I've never worked with a company that has as little respect for people as BCSG. Hugely disappointed in them and their lack of integrity.

Literally the worst body corporate I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Owner raised the issue of properties not complying with the by-laws and this group said, not our job, take it to VCAT.Another owner had water damage from upstairs apartment flooding the bathtub, again no assistance, elderly lady forced to fend for herself and ended up paying for all repairs herself.The enforcement of the body corporate by-laws is literally your job.I have advised all owners to seek alternative management, it can't possibly be worse than this.

Very bad company:Asked for months that they do something about the trash bins in the apartment block. Didn't do anything and when another tenant did help to resolve the issue they claimed the rewards.Overall they are not to be trusted with anything, more often than not they do not care about the tenants and simply ignore you.My worst experience with a body corporate in Australia.
