I have been here a few times now and had a great experience with the people who work there they are really good and the jobs I have done on my car is very good the best 4x4 place

Absolutley faultless service from the team at Pakenham, Nathan and the team went above and beyond with warranty of products, they abasolutley stand by their brand. I couldn't fault the service from initial contact to completion. My vehicle was repaired in record time, I wasn't stuffed around and I had constant communication thru the process. You guys rock. Again thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I've had two 4x4's fitted with gear and the people are ARB Pakenham gave me a fair price and fitted everything professionally. Will not hesitate to use them again. Very experienced and capable crew.

Have to say excellent service from Justin there. My arb zero fridge broke night before a big 10 day trip and they kindly lent me their display fridge and got mine fixed free of charge whilst I was away. Its service like this that will bring me back to the store. I've had bad experiences with arb stores in the past so it really makes the difference

Very happy with the service received by ARB Pakenham, in particular Justin going above and beyond to have our airbags fitted to our car before Xmas.Highly recommend and will be back for more upgrades.

Absolutely dreadful i do not recommend anybody use them, I dropped my car off at 9am was told to come back at 4:30pm to pick it up, I proceeded to come back at 4:30pm to be told another 30 minutes, that's fine stuff happens and we're all human... fast forward to 6:15pm and I am still sitting waiting for my car after 1 hour and 15 minutes after it was meant to be done with no word on how much longer i will be waiting, so I have now had to organise somebody else to pick my children up from daycare as ARBs stuff around has left me un able to pick them up. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, if you cannot complete a job simply inform the client not leaving them waiting and make them unable to pick there children up

Happy to take the small fortune you pay for gear, and will accommodate whatever you want......howeverAfter sales service and fault finding is terrible, they blamed me for problems without proper diagnosis, only when i pushed them to look further did they find the real problem, quick to shirk responsibility.With the amount of money i spent there i expected better!!!I wont be going back!!

I highly recommend these guys. Justin specially is a friendly guy who went above and beyond to get my LC200 kitted with few upgrades. I have upgraded mine with Bullbar, lift kit, Snorkle, winch, UHF, exhaust and underbody protection. I'm very happy with the installation and will surely go back to get rest of my list completed in coming months.
