My little one is absolutely over the moon with his Vuly Ultra Small trampoline... Delivery was quick and the instructions were clear and easy to follow! If only we had followed them we would of had it up in 1/2 the time!!It was getting dark by the time he got to jump for joy so we decided to have a fire and watch him.... not a good idea after we'd had a drink as dad axed his hand (ouch).Not sure how we would of coped without the trampoline while dads been healing... its like having a legal cage in the garden. Highly recommend, thank you :)

My son loves his thunder size medium trampoline. Was easy to set up at home and is good quality! I’m sure we will love for years to come

After our old Vuly finally died after 8 years and the Brisbane 2022 February flood fully rusted the connections on the mat, our new Vuly Ultra Large trampoline was delivered quickly within a few days and we were glad to get a free shade cover and tent. Hooray! The installation was tricky though. The video instructions were opposite to the instruction book! Very confusing. It said go with the updated video so we did but then we couldn't rely on the booklet and it is so hard to watch and follow the video while in the process of setting up the trampoline. Update your instruction booklet Vuly so the video matches it! The holes in the frame are on the opposite side in each. Also, please put some verbal instructions on the new video like the old video had. It's really hard to see the fine details watching our tiny phone screen in the sun. Yes, we watched the video a number of times beforehand, but I can't remember everything! Especially not having done it before. These things caused a lot of stress and difficulty. Also, don't say it's going to take an hour! It took us over 3 hours! Maybe it takes your installation team 1 hour since they have had a lot of practice, but what normal first timer does it in an hour? Come on, give us a realistic goal! We love the trampoline quality but you could really help your customers with some better accurate instructions.Here's some tips for setting up your trampoline for the first time:1/ Watch the old installation video which includes the verbal instructions to get an idea.2/ Watch the new instruction video and make sure you remember the order. My husband was adamant the pads went on before the net because he couldn't see the net laid on the trampoline in the video.3/ The spring tool helps alot! Other reviews said it broke easily but ours lasted the distance thank goodness.4/ When attaching the springs do the technique as shown in the video and put either side of the joiner poles at 12 o'clock then 6 o'clock then 9 o'clock then 3 o'clock etc diagonally opposite as you go. It's hard to stretch the mat at first.5/ Don't attach all of the springs before you put the net on! Just the springs either side of the joiner poles.6/ If you haven't installed a trampoline before, expect it to take at least 3 hours!7/ Don't worry if the frame isn't firmly fully connected in. Once you attach the springs it will pull it fully together.We made a minor mistake and didn't get the opening quite lined up but no way were we going to take off all the springs! Hopefully that doesn't matter and is just cosmetic.Trampoline quality is great. Who knows how long the shade cover will last? We put up some solar fairly lights and camped out in ours last night. Lovely. We love our new Vuly! We expect it to last at least as long as our first Vuly.

So far the vuly trampoline has been fantastic, very well constructed and was very easy to setup, kids love it saying it’s very bouncy, you can see why you pay more (you get what you pay for)I also had to order a replacement part for the basketball hoop, customer service was very easy to deal with and was a breeze ordering my part.Can say with ease that I’m one very happy customer.

After ALOT of research we chose to get a Vuly XL Ninja monkey bar set. We went into the warehouse so our girls could choose their accessories and so glad we did. All the staff were all so helpful and our kids loved getting to test all the equipment in store to help their choosing process.Once everything was finalised they brought the boxes out from the stock warehouse to our car in just a few minutes and we were able to get it all together in just over 3 hours between 2 adults. We are all very happy with our purchase.

i bought a Vuly thunder this month 2023 MARCH .for installation IT need two people, 3 is even better.over all it is a good product ,seems bit expensive compared to so many other trampoline, but worth it when it gives the peace of mind when we know it is more safer.kids are enjoyingIT SO FAR , i wished every product should have included a Ladder as it is needed for all kids. ENTERING DOOR ,from safety perspective may be it is good, but from the general point for easy access to the trampoline, all need to crawl to enter and while coming out ,which is Really annoying and doesn't feel safe when coming out, there are chances of falling down when crawling out from the edge of trampoline.it fits easily in 4.5 meter by 4.5 meter area, but it will be better if there is more space around for safety purpose. the yellow marking is the photo is entering and exiting area in photo, i am using a chair for kids to enter.

Delivery was quick, came in 2 separate deliveries but they were both still very quick (less than a week from day of purchase). Installation was quick and easy. The kids love it! Love the door, it's great for young kids to get in and out and still safe which is amazing. 100% would recommend. Did not want to include kids in the photo so it's not a great picture but definitely a great product.

I purchased an XL ultra trampoline last week.- Easy payment through bank transfer.- Delivery within a few days.- Excellent customer service sales team. I called them twice to find out more information. Both of the chaps were very patient (with my English and mum’s concern), cheerful and polite.- The assembly was straightforward for a mum like me to navigate without any issue.- The trampoline seems to be well made and robust.Very happy mum and kids here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Swing set frame is incredibly creaky and wobbly and appears structurally unsound. One of the swing's ropes snapped after only one week of use. I don't feel comfortable letting my children use the swing set because I feel it is unsafe. Vuly have refused to give a refund despite an obviously defective product.

Cannot recommend Vuly highly enough. The quality first and foremost is clear and apparent in all the parts of the trampolines. With a family of 3 kids, with the accessories and the trampoline, everyone has something. This is a tall feat for a large family but is so easily been achieved with our Vuly trampoline.Have our eyes on the monkey bars set next! Will be the perfect addition for our kids.
