A staff member was very pushy, the nail polishes cost extra which is a rip off every other salon you can have whatever colour for no extra cost I think they are a rip off

Had a full set of acrylics done. They're all odd lengths, lumpy, way shorter than I wanted, half of the extensions are too small for my nail, gaping space left between my cuticles and the acrylics so I would need infills sooner.Will be going somewhere else to get them removed and redone.

Business operating under different name now but poor quality job overall.Nail tech mistakenly painted one nail a different colour when fixing it up and refused to admit a mistake was made even though the nail is clearly not the same as the others.

Terrible service. My acrylics look terrible and polish is watered down. I got mine today, but will get new ones tomorrow somewhere else. Never going back

Been going to this place for 8 yrs and unfortunately the couple of lady's that done a great job are gone this place I will not recommend even the male manager is a real pig

I have been here multiple times, each time hoping for a better result. One word. TERRIBLE. They don’t listen to instructions, acrylics always look AWEFUL, I nail polishes watered down and don’t set.

Kid there that belonged to one of the staff , didn’t leave me alone the whole time I was there , couldn’t relax as she wouldn’t shut up , lady who did my nails missed parts of nails so they looked chipped , painted over cuticles , didn’t cut cuticles properly , polish on skin that’s now peeled off nail a few hours later , looks messy , a 5 yo could’ve done a better job ! I’ll never go back
