I didn’t find this business helpful at all the male person I spoke to was very arrogant and condescending. I walked into this hairdresser to be told they don’t take walk-ins. They only take bookings. I have tried to book by ringing several times in the morning, for no one to answer the phone, despite people being there. Not very professional in my opinion. All I wanted was to get a simple haircut. If they had answered the phone or had a voice mail, that would have been enough for me to know they couldn’t fit me in. What I didn’t need was an attitude.

I've been going to Niki for 2 years now and she has always demonstrated incredible customer service and a beautiful result for my hair. I always come out of the salon feeling like a million dollars!! Her work is meticulous and beautifully done every time. 10/10!

Nikolina is an amazingly talented hair dresser. I was sooo happy with my result. She's talented, listens to her customers, has great taste and is super sweet! I've found my hair dresser. Best in Brisbane. Also she listened to me complain about my stressful morning, so extra points for letting me vent. I'm very sure she'll become uber successful!

I trust no one else with my hair. Nikolina is extremely professional and works miracles. I feel like a new person every time I leave her salon. She also stocks high quality products at very decent prices. I highly recommend her to all of my friends and family.

Nikolina looks after my hair like no one. No matter how light I ask her to do my balayage she always makes sure to not damage my hair.100% recommended
