Stay away from this place from 12.30-1.30 as the staff members will hide in the office and not provide any service.Website shoukd actually list it as closed for that hour.

Even though I am a surgeon, when it comes to my own pathology collection I can be very anxious and often delay my sampling by weeks due to the stress it causes.I’d like to commend the three ladies at DHM in Rose Bay yesterday at lunchtime (5/2/20)The three ladies there kept me calm, were super compassionate while retaining professionalism.It was as good an experience as possible given how much I hate blood tests. Thank you

This review relates to DHM New South Head Road, Rose Bay. The blood collection service is very good but making an appointment is difficult unless you visit in person. Phone calls are often not answered. There is no voice mail or call back facility. There is no online booking facility.

I regularly have blood tests here, and have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I prefer to come here rather than the competitor which my medical centre refers me to. I will be coming back!
