Great selection of products, many on offer and very reasonably priced. Visited as a home diyer and the staff were friendly and more than happy to provide advice and answer questions. Will definitely be visiting again!

The lady running the store was really nice and helpful! She didn’t hide well she was watching us, but once I put the things on the counter and kept looking she stopped watching. I think this might be a thing they do to everyone. So if the lady watches you when you come it’s not specifically you.

Will definitely not be coming back, the staff were extremely rude. As soon as my mother and I went in we were followed around the store like we were thief’s. I understand they may have a problem with people stealing but it made us very uncomfortable. When I went to checkout every product the lady was scanning she had to explain what it was for and how to use it. I said politely I knew what I was doing and had been doing my own nails for a few years now, she didn’t care and kept telling us in a rude way like I knew nothing.

Rang them, they confirmed they had the product. Drove there to pick it up and they didn't actually have it, they got me there to try and sell me something similar. Disappointing.

I was made to feel like I was a thief. I walked in to a hello but couldnt see any one at all till I did some walking around to find the lady sitting on her phone hidden behind the counters. I walked around looking at stuff till I realised the lady was now standing next to the door watching me intensly like I was going to grab stuff and run. I then went to ask about nail brands to which the lady couldnt speak english well so I gave up. like I understand you might be having problems with thiefs but I dont think standing at the door making people feel uncomfortable is the way to go.

Staff was so rude I’m a beginner nail tech and I practice on my hand all she did was criticise and saying she use to be a nail tech and so I told her can you give me some tips and ignored my question and kept criticising for 5 minutes straight I was about to yell at her but I’m not a rude person like her and I was buying products from there too and said she can’t sell these products to me because I’m a beginner.
