Spent 2 daysgetting messed around to replace my phone under insurance after the lady gave up and spent nearly 4 -5 in store with herI went to Telstra in Palmerston he sorted inside of 15 they need better training

It was busy the day I walked in. Staff seemed uninterested in their clients they were helping and I wasnt even acknowledged when I waited for some time. No one said we will be with you shortly" etc. I have had good experiences in the past however it seems there has been a change of staff."
