Went in store at around midday and asked the shop assistant if I could take a picture of the 3 colors of a jumper to text to my daughter so I could get her the one she wanted. Told her I'd be back on my next break and - in the meantime - the jumpers were all boxed out the back. I came back about 3 on my next break, and I asked the assistant if she could give me the orange one and she said 'no'. They were packed up and not in her system- even though the boxes were behind her as we spoke. There they were sitting in a box, and she was actually offering to ring Homebush for me to 'see if they had any stock'. Insane. If it was me, I'd have kept the customer happy, taken the sale and expensed it as missing - just to deliver great customer service. I am in there all the time. I told her I'm never coming back. And I'm not. I have shopped with Dotti since the 80's and have never dealt with such insanity before. Shame on them. It was like a Monty Python sketch. NO stars - I have to give one to get this printed. Wow for $20 they could have kept a Loyal customer
