Nice blokes running the place. Good chat while getting my hair done but I will stick with my other barbers. My first cut didn't quite come out the way I wanted it... Worth a try though...

Understand you deserve a holiday and there is a sign on the shop re opening hours. But why didn't you change those hours on your website? I got up early and drove 20 minutes to be there at 8:50am to see your sign. I wasn't alone 4 other gentlemen were also disappointed.

My cut was conducted efficiently by a young apprentice, who was diligent, precise and skilled. He answered all my questions and did a first rate job.

Been coming here on and off for many years over the previous two changes in franchise at this location. It is my 'go-to' for haircuts.Pros:- Quality of the barbers ranges from good to excellent, I rarely leave disappointed.- Paz is the best barber I've had after living in Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra and the Gold Coast.- Prices are reasonable (if wait times were improved I would be willing to pay more).- The barbers are friendly and social, but don't over-do it.Cons:- Wait times can be ridiculous, sometimes over 90 minutes! Sometimes I see people walk away after waiting for a while and others not bothering to wait. If I was a busier person I would avoid this place altogether. Surely the number of customers coming here would justify having more staff.

Friendly service, a good haircut, not rushed and genuinely want you to be satisfied, good prices which are clearly advertised at the front. Would recommend. I missed the barber's name but the young bloke who has been there for about a year provides great service. Will be a regular.

When your son shows a picture of exactly what he wants and the end results looks absolutely nothing like the picture, tells me they have no idea what they are doing. If I could have given a No star I would have. After complaining about the outcome, there was no discount on the bad cut or attempt to fix the issue. If you are not going to listen to what your clients want then maybe you are in the wrong profession

The man who cut my son’s hair didn’t seem to know what he was doing (he seemed to be very new). We went elsewhere in an attempt to fix up the embarrassing hair cut.

I get my hair cut every few weeks by the same lad every time, Rocky is by far the man I recommend, he does a terrific job and is extremely friendly! Keep up the great work. The store itself is always really clean and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My husband took my so there today for a haircut unless you want the typical short buzz cut with long on top don't bother they don't take anything about an individual boys hair into consideration my sdoesnt want short hair he wanted it kept long the layers are boxy and uneven they tried to force his hair into a style that does not work and what we didn't want I sent my husband with multiple pictures we gor nothing even close. I'm angry at my husband for not saying anything to them but if I had been there I would have stopped them and walked out.

They had it the right length I asked for a long top and short sides and they had it right then they kept doing the top and now I look bold all round surely it's not hard to leave the top long, but if you make sure they do what you want they are a good barber
