Rachel-Clarity Hypnotherapy

Rachel is great at what she does. Her ability to make her clients feel comfortable and open to sharing information is second to none. She is very skilled in hypnotherapy which is helpful for a variety of issues and knows how to get positive results. If anyone is looking for this type of therapy, I would highly recommend to give her a call.

Rachel creates a warm and SAFE space with her nurturing divine feminine energy. I was able to effortlessly delve into past life regression as well as childhood trauma. I met Rachel flustered, overwhelmed and teary... and left laughing, feeling free-er and instantly more grounded and sure of myself. I subsequently quit smoking - which was a bi-product of and not the intention of the session. The recording is fantastic at soothing my soul and helping to reprogram the subconscious. I had a second session to tackle co-related conditions, with great success, and have since recommended her services to multiple people.Rachel genuinely cares about patient welfare and is on this earth to help, which comes through in her demeanour, the sessions and the recording.

I had 2 sessions with her for 2 different issues on Zoom. Rachel guided me to discover the original causes of my problems. Then she helped me be free from them that had been holding me back for many years.She's very intuitive, understanding and professional. I'm writing this review because I don't think I thanked her enough for giving me an emotional freedom.If you come across to this page but still hesitating, then just go for it! You won't regret.

I came to Rachel when I was in a very dark place and feeling extremely low. I was experiencing high anxiety, not coping well with change and struggling to cope with everyday life challenges. I had my hands full with everything!Throughout the sessions I felt heard, understood and more importantly I felt able to dare to think differently about my situation. I felt grounded and gained a few 'lightbulb' moments where I realised I was able to view things differently (what if things went really well, instead of what if things went wrong!). In my final session I could see how far I had come and was shocked at the difference in perspective. The impact on my confidence as a parent has improved, my ability to allow relationships in my life to develop and my increased self-belief that I am able to progress in my career change and be amazing at it has now sprung into action. I am extremely grateful and I know this is the beginning, I just know I'm going to feel the benefits of these sessions in months to come as the lessons and ideas implanted are going to solidify with me.

For someone who was skeptical when attending my first session with Rachel, today I could write a book on the benefits I have received from my time with her. From an outside perspective you could see that I have quit smoking & drinking which is awesome... but that was just the tip of the iceberg. Without going into detail, my relationships, work life balance.. just life in general has improved hundredfold. As a bloke, I find it incredibly difficult to open up and talk to people, as I have only seen Rach, I can't pinpoint if it's just her or hypnotherapy in general but this stuff should be front page news, Rachel will change your life!
