I can highly recommend Mark, the service was prompt and efficient. A time frame was given, and a message giving the precise time of arrival came just in advance - very impressed! The actual repair work was done efficiently, spare parts required delivered within a day and installed soon after. The cost of repair was very reasonable. Will not hesitate to use Mark again.

Mark was so professional and amazing. Service was exceptional. I contact Mark last Wednesday, he immediately ordered parts for me and today my washing machine was like new. He charged a flat fee and the cost of the part only. Very reasonable. He also gave me lots of tips on how to maintain the washing machine in a good state. Highly recommended!

Fantastic!! Mark fixed my Bosch washing machine/dryer with skill & efficiency. He was a godsend after 2 other repairmen & a plumber, who were all stumped by our machine. Mark diagnosed the problem within 10 mins & the part was ordered & he was back within days to install the new valves. He was very reasonably priced & a lovely person . Awesome! Thank you so much.
