I could not be more impressed by the excellent service from Rosanna Heating & Cooling Group. I had them install an AC in November 2022. I was seeking three comparative prices and they were the only company that both responded and answered all my queries. Very quickly after contact I had a sales visit from Tony who reviewed the switchboard and the proposed internal and external unit locations and provided general advice. He immediately provided three quotation options and responded to my email queries. He gave realistic advice on installation dates which was most likely in early 2023. Soon after accepting the quotation I was contacted by RH&C to say a unit and team was available immediately. The unit was installed by independent contractors, Lou & Con, who were punctual, friendly, efficient and cleaned up on completion. Lou was a licensed electrician which saved getting in an additional trade. There was a mistake on the ordered external colorbond flashing colour due to a late change of advice not being communicated. This was not a problem for Lou who said he would resolve and come back at a later date. Installation compliance certificate was emailed through promptly. Lou contacted me before I had a chance to think about following it up to say he could install flashing the next day. Once again he arrived on time and finished the job efficiently and very neatly. We had a great experience from the very beginning which involved gaining the Vic Gov't rebate for the change from gas to electric split cycle system. Quoting and installation was trouble free with the people providing the various services being professional as well as very nice and kind people. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you

I can't speak highly enough of the service I received recently from Rosanna Heating and Cooling regarding a Split System A/C.I live in Essendon but chose the company after a glowing recommendation from friends who live in Port Melbourne.I was impressed with the courtesy and care afforded from my initial phone call, and continued to feel that way through the quoting process with Boris, text updates, and the installation with Johnny and Nick. Nothing was too much trouble as they all worked toward the best outcome.What a pleasure to deal with such friendly and knowledgeable professionals.Highly, highly recommend!

We found the place very helpful. When the issue was not sorted immediately, the tech came back the same day. Our heater kept on playing up unfortunately. The business told us we would not be paying anything additional until all issues were entirely sorted, and the heater worked consistently for a full week. This was done well. Breakdown for payment was also clear and accurate, easy to do. Spoke to 3 people in all - the office lady, personable and efficient, the tech at my house, friendly, knowledgeable, clear, and the manager, caring and patient. Only problem was just 1 tech seemed a bit overworked, so hard to get someone quick (2 weeks wait from phone booking) Having another one or two techs would be great. Anyway, thanks for your work!

Very professional operation, commencing with office staff (very helpful and proactive). Installers arrived on time, explained details of the installation, carried out the work professionally and cleaned up after them. They gave me a lot of confidence in the professionalism of the company.

The whole process of ordering a new split system to install was easy and painless with Rosanna Heating and Cooling. Every person we interacted with from the initial team member who came out to quote us on the job to the accounts team for payment were all very friendly and provided a great service and reasonable prices.

Recently had a Daikin split system a/c installed by Rosanna heating and cooling. Very pleased with the effectiveness of the unit which is the perfect size for the area concerned. Personnel for all stages of the work, including quotation, were great. Friendly and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with the service and will continue to use this company.

The staff were prompt and gave great advice. We are are extremely happy with the Mitsubishi reverse cycle units installed. The installers were professional and thorough, consulting us on any modifications to the original installation suggestion.

Fantastic company to deal with. Highly recommended. Mum needed a new split ducted system after her old gas heater needed to be replaced. John dropped by to provide us with advice on the sort of system that would heat and cool our home efficiently, effectively and economically, and we received the quote by the end of the day. Within a week or so, the amazing team of Matt, Conlon, Jay and Liam installed the system. They did so with impressive expertise and efficiency, and left our home with hardly any mess after the installation. They were also affable and consultative. All in all, our experience was extremely positive.
