Atmosphere and vibe were lovely. Staff friendly. The dishes we had I felt were expensive for what they were. Aesthetic but unfortunately not amazing or memorable. Best thing we had was the satay sticks but $4-$4.50 for a small serve. The gado gado flavour became very one note and is something that should be shared. The veggie soup was not our favourite. I was hoping for a nasi lemak that I saw on the front sign.

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Good for smaller groups or pairs. Enjoyed the Gado Gado which was full of flavour especially when paired with the coconut rice.

Ate at Salt and Palm last night. The value of the vegan set menu is sensational. I really enjoyed the flavours and the serves were really generous. Only small piece of feedback was that the food could have been hotter but the taste made up for it.

I recently tried Balinese food for the first time at Salt and Palm in Glebe. I loved it! The flavours, the presentation - amazing. The Balinese Roasted Pork not only looked stunning when it arrived, but the flavours in the pork were so aromatic. I loved that the crackling was perfect and the pork was so soft. The Beef Rendang was so perfectly cooked an soft that it fell apart when I was trying to pick it up.The Sumatran Prawn Noodle dish - again super stunning, but lovely flavours as well.In fact every dish was great. Also the staff are lovely here and I loved the warm hospitality. The welcome drink and snacks were a lovely touch!

It was ideal for a group booking (conference dinner), with a great atmosphere. I ate vegan and vegetarian options, but had to defend them pretty carefully because they were so good that others wanted to taste!

Best Indonesian Bar and Eatery in the heart of Glebe Pt Rd.The restaurant has an indoor, outdoor and backyard area. Food tastes amazing, great cocktails and friendly staff!Highly recommend to try MIE GORENG KOMPLIT (Fried Noodle), Indonesian fried noodles tossed with chicken, prawns, egg, and vegetables. Served with a fried egg, a chicken skewer, pickles, and crackers. OMGGGGGGG it was the best!Must visit this eatery, it won’t disappoint!Location: 22 Glebe Point Rd, Glebe NSW 2037

Some of the most authentic Indonesian I've tasted in Sydney.I really enjoyed the spicy eggplant with chilli. This dish has a real zing to it and is cooked to perfection. Follow this up with a Beef Rendang, and you're more than satiated as the slow-cooked beef melts in your palate. Do forget to pair these dishes with an Asahi and enjoy the flavours.Highly recommended and will be returning soon.
