They are soooo helpful and so friendly and are happy to take the time to guide you through the process. I have 2 daughters so plenty of Pandora. The days of buying a charm and sending it away to be soldered on is long gone. And their range of both product and price is great. If you tell them you have a budget they will accommodate. They also stand behind their range - and issues and they will replace, even after warranty as we found out.

Awesome girls helpfull being a bloke lady's or men if there is a size ring or anything ask the better half what her size is it will make it go smoother

Absolutely Disgusting attitude from the ladies behind the counter my wife has gone into the Albury shop multiple times just trying to buy a new pandora Bracelet for Christmas and short blonde with Glasses and the uptight Brunette made her extremely uncomfortable with there comments and Ferrel tones. IF YOU CANT BE RESPECTFUL AND NOT A ROCK SPIDER WHY WORK IN SALES.

I am very displeased with this mornings visit. I came into the store to have a bracelet fixed that had broken, the older blonde lady that I had spoken to began to insinuate that I had used some sort of force to break the bracelet and as I proceeded to ensure her that no force was used and that I do not wear the bracelet 24/7 she continued to insinuate that it was my fault. As my wife bought the bracelet for me as a small wedding gift I could not check if it’s still under warranty so as I was leaving the store in a completely arrogant, sarcastic and loud tone she said “have a lovely day”. I am absolutely fuming at the way this lady spoke down to me!

Rude staff. They don’t want to sell anything. Not recommend

So to start with I think the staff is not happy seeing customers… they were clearly more interested in the chit chat that they were busy doing. I went for a simple warranty for an earring but she clearly refused to do so and was extremely rude about it as well. I have been shopping at pandora for years and have never seen such unprofessional staff. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants to be greeted by highly impolite staff! Never coming back

Quality of the goods. Was 5star but only dropped a star through there internet selling n delivery. I purchased $400+ of goods to b told that my partner was not getting them for her b'day(12/2/19) + (11 working days wait @ this date.) 4tune@ly we received them for the 14th or I would have been divorced. A serious issue ppl. So u lost a star nearly 2

Went into store as a ring I had purchased had the main stone loose and wobbled.I told the older blonde woman what was occurring and she investigated and said “I don’t think it’s happening but I’m not going to say it’s not what you’re experiencing” and offered to exchange it to a larger size as that’s all she had in stock.I declined and left unhappy as I felt like I was being gaslit and not welcome.

I had a great experience at the Albury store despite COVID restrictions meaning that I had to wait in line for some time. Having a cap on the number of customers in the store meant that I had a sales assistant all to myself. The sales assistant was fantastic. She has only been working at Pandora for 6 weeks but she really knew her product. Great job!!

Myself and several others waited in line for so long. Personally I waited half an hour. It was because we were doing exchanges, but if anyone came in that wanted to buy and not exchange, they would be able to jump the line, even one customer felt uncomfortable being able to do that and not let us, who had been waiting so long, get our exchanges done. It should be first come first serve.I just wanted to change ring size, and I had a gift receipt, which at first the girl serving me was going to refuse and ended up saying they didn't have my size in stock. So I waited for nothing. But the next day, today, I became suspicious that maybe they did have it in stock and they just didn't trust me or something, possibly because I have tattoos. I was thinking this because 1. there was no issue at another store in Melbourne with the gift receipt. 2. she was really carefully inspecting the ring and asked me if I'd worn it. the woman serving me in Melbourne did not do that. and 3. my friend, who is a greek male with a bit darker skin, black hair, brown eyes and a beard, came in to the same store to exchange the present for his girlfriend for a size down. They didn't trust him at all, they refused to do the exchange because there was no box, but it never came in a box. He had the proper receipt and still, refused. So I'm thinking they are racist/judgemental towards people with tattoos as well.I would never come back to this store.
