Great location on the beach at Williamstown, tasty food esp if you're a seafood lover. Not a big range but you'll find something for everyone. Lovely friendly but not overbearing service. We did the $65 set menu which was good value and filled us up nicely. Smoked chicken was delectable.

Loved every bit of experience at Sebastian… firstly we were greeted by a friendly staff and then were seated in the most suitable place to enjoy the shimmering ocean while hot and cozy food was served in a 3 course meal accurately cooked to perfection with lovely mock tails and drinks to accompany … beach side coffee to finish off the wholesome experience with the most friendly staff to cater us… it’s a must go to restaurant..! Strongly recommend esp the sea food and the cheese cake

A delicious meal from the Basque region of Spain served on the beach in Williamstown.This was a really lovely experience.Sat outside in the shade under umberellas looking over the beach for a meeting.Diverse and delicious menu.Easy to manage dietary preferences.Attentive and friendly service.Every dish was yummy.Will be back.

We dined at Sebastian for lunch and what a stunning space it was. Unfortunately we weren’t near the window but you could still glimpse the water and the fitout is incredibly stylish regardless.The service was exceptional, uber friendly and knowledgeable, and the food divine. We ordered the 600g steak to share which from memory was around $95 and cooked to perfection on the charcoal. We also enjoyed the patatas bravas as you do when at a Spanish restaurant as well as the fries with celery salt because you can never have too much potato.The sharing size steak takes about 30 minutes to prepare so we tried the croquetas whilst waiting. We were too bursting for dessert which was disappointing given they have a burnt basque cheesecake on the menu which is one of my favourite sweet dishes. Will definitely try it next time

Another wonderful experience at Sebastian! This time for a Chef Series with Copperpot - it was so delish, the service was exceptional from FOH, loved that Chef Ashley came over to everyone to say hello, and that the courses were discussed by the Chefs and VM during the night - will def be back for another!

Lunch here was great. We sat outside as the weather was pleasant. Food and service was outstanding. It is pricey but worth it.

Stunning location even in the winter! Stopped in for dinner whilst in the area and did not leave disappointed. The service was very friendly and food was fresh, filling and delicious. Cocktails and drinks were also on point. Will be keen to come back in the summer time!

Overall great experience. The wait staff were v attentive to our needs and v friendly. Food was amazing. Definitely coming back!
