Bees Electrics

Had the boys from Bees attend my place for some electrical work the other day. On time, swift work, efficient, and even tidied up after themselves. The girls in the office were great to deal with too. Can’t fault them at all. Highly recommend.

I am a chairman of a body corporate committee and first used the services of Bees Electrics when we had a problem with the stairwell lights (they are also emergency lights). These lights would always trip out and no other electrical company could fix the issue. Worse still some other companies would charge to simply apply the breaker switch and the same issue would reoccur the next day.Adam explained all the possible reasons why the issue was occurring, he started off with the most likely cause and worked his way until the issue was fixed permanently. This problem has not reoccurred in the past 18 months. It was costing us so much money to get other companies here, now with Bees we don't have this problem.More recently we had an issue the vehicle gate. Another electrical company simply came out and reset the gate and recommended to get a new gate motor without much explanation. Two weeks after the gate was reset it stopped operating. Adam then came out and had a proper look to see what the issue was, he advised us of this and what we could do if the problem occurred again. Adam gave us a quote for a top quality gate motor which was way below the other companies quote. However Adam advised us to continue to use the gate as considering the age of the gate, they generally have a few years of use left in them.Bees are one of the few trades companies that I have dealt with that go to the trouble of identifying problems and issues and fixing them properly. They also try to save our complex money and always speak the truth.

I would never use this company after witnessing the way they treat the general public on the road speeding, cutting off other road users, refusing to use indicators. If they treat the public this way I would not trust them in my home doing work for me. And they couldn't care less using a company car doing this appalling behaviour.

Good electrician if all goes well. Used Bees in the past but very disappointed following recent work completed. There were issues from the start and 6 months later still not resolved. Impression is it's in the too hard box now and they have lost interest in rectifying problems nor has a refund been offered. Very shabby customer service.

Adam and the team did some work on our house and pool,They arrived ontime, got the job done quickly and efficiently.They cleaned up the site and were friendly and easy to deal with.Bees is my go to for jobs when i need electrical work for my business.Bees is a great electrical service and i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

Adam responded and acted immediately to resolve my electrical problem, even though his team were already very busy. He communicated quickly & efficiently with same day appointment time and hey, job completed that day. It is such a surprise and a pleasure to deal with such a well run business.

Contacted Bees to get my old fluro lights in my flat replaced. After several emails got a quote from them I was happy with. They arrived on the agreed day and got the job done in four hours. Very happy with the new LED lights and the professionalism of the work. Charged me what they quoted and will use them again.

Bees Electrics were great. Sorted all our problems with lovely friendly service. Were patient and unstanding ... and did a great job!

Fantastic electricians for both domestic and commercial jobs here in Cairns. I’ve used them for both my home and business for years.
