We had a power outage that required a fair bit of investigating, and we had a quote for several thousands of dollars to find and fix the issue. We called Luke instead - he managed to find the cause quickly and then rewired everything to work again for much less. Luke clearly knows what he's doing and is highly professional. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician and we're definitely getting him back for future work

I don’t usually write google reviews but will do it for Luke who has been irreplaceable in helping us with all our electrical needs since we moved into our new house which needed a lot of work.We must have hired Luke over 15 times do various jobs for us during the last 3 years – light fitting, fan, outlet, air-con installations, outdoor lighting, backup generator setup and he even completed a full complex home theatre set up for our theatre room! as well as many other jobs I can’t remember.We can’t recommend him enough as he has always done a perfect job and always offered great value in terms of what he charged us. He has got a solution for every query and has a very down to earth attitude despite his skill and experience. One time he replaced our broken roof tiles that he noticed while installing a fitting. Another time we called him to investigate the cause of a very loud noise coming from the roof during a windy night and he showed up in 15 minutes and fixed the issue right away even though it didn’t have anything to do with any electrical work.

I was recommended to Luke from my own electrician, after I required a job to be done urgently that my electrician was unable to do. I was very happy with Luke and his work. He was happy to take my call while he was holidaying with his family (sorry Luke!!). Luke was an excellent communicator, updating me on what the job entailed even when he was in the middle of nowhere with no reception and limited internet access. What a legend. Also his price was very competitive. I was happy with the price. Thanks Luke. High recommended.

I recently required the services of an electrician to find and fix a problem with my power over loading and shutting off. I'd had one person look already but it seemed too much for them to figure out.I thought I'd try find a local and found Luke's number on an old Facebook post and he was more than happy to come have a look.Luke not only diagnosed the issue, but also rectified the problem in a very short amount of time.Luke is very professional, well spoken and knowledgeable on all things related to his profession and i found him very easy to discuss all my requirements with.I will definitely be using Luke again for any future work I may need done.

I rang Luke about an electrical leakage problem behind the kitchen wall.He was here within the hour and did all sorts of tests and measurements.He wasn't satisfied with the results, so he came back a couple of days later with a colleague and they climbed into the roof space, ran new earthing cables and did all sorts of conductivity tests and other clever things involving meters and wires. At the end of the day he still wasn't completely happy and said he'd come back again But after he'd gone I checked the area where the leakage had been detected. Hey presto allall clear! Thanks for a very professional job and Polarised Electrical Services is now firmly recorded in my address book for next time.Great job, Luke
