This is my kind of brewpub. Great beer, great food, live music and no pretentiousness.The marzen was fantastic, as was the citra & mosaic IPA.Great burgers from the on-site food truck.Will definitely be back.

We had a great time Saturday night at a very busy Dad and Dave's.Luke and Brodie were amazing as was the new manager Heather.Our family think you have the best host and security man in Bee. He handled a large, boisterous crowd of men very maturely and ensured the women in our group were safe.By far our favourite brewery in Brookvale

Awsesome spot! Plenty of seating inside and out, great selection of beers and you can get tasting paddles to try it all. Lots of food options from food truck, live music and dog friendly!

Decent setup with typical brewery vibes. Great live musician on Sundays. A few good beers on offer including a mid strength Aussie Lager which should see you through while you stay to listen to the music. Food truck on site too, with a sign that says 'Voted best burger in Australia'. I didn't try it but it smelled great.

Regular visitor to the brewery scene in Brookvale, first get together with friends at Dad and Dave’s. Great venue, tasting paddle was excellent (love the IPAs!), listened to great musician Bayley Dunn & burgers are really really good! We were there on Friday, live music on the menu Friday-Sunday. Bravo, I’ll be back!

Came here this afternoon after hearing good things. Was not disappointed! Food was amazing, great atmosphere and the staff were awesome! Can't fault the place. Even got a free plate of churros when the guys noticed it was my son's birthday which was pretty cool. We will definately be back and totally recommend it x

Dad & Daves brewing Pale has got to have to worst after taste of any beer in the market. The first two seconds of your sip, it taste great. But on the third second, a metallic awful taste comes to your mouth and makes you want to drink hot VB instead.
