I have used Kimberley's Yoga Nidra CD for 10 years now! It helps me get to sleep and when I need to calm myself, zone out or concentrate. And it's so nice to hear this timeless meditation in an Australian accent!

From class groups in halls to convenient Zoom at home events, Kimberley Roberts yoga sessions are an important part of my life. Centered around the breath, Kimberley leads us to experience how each pose should feel, and what parts of the body are being nourished. Not only do these classes enhance general well being, but they are often recommended as treatments to maximise health. Highly recommended!

I have been practicing with Kimberley for 10 years and she is the real deal - no designer activewear or ambitious contortions in sight! Not that she doesn’t offer a strong practice when that’s what’s required or desired, but the focus is on yoga’s many benefits, physical and beyond. I leave every class feeling better in all the ways.
