Secret Bottle

Really like the Mumm bottles received plus the Moet 'Love' bottle carefully packaged in pink tissue paper! The quirky postcards in the box made me laugh. Costs were reasonable including postage, ordering was easy, communication was great & delivery prompt. Will be back :)

Hi there, I know one place where you can improve on your service is the amount of time it takes to receive your goods, I placed my orders on the 29/3/ & 31/3 and they have yet to arrived, either have a faster service or change your delivery company, but apart from that the business is good. Hope things work out for you all.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but care more about people wasting their money. Ordered 17th May and it’s 12th June and still not delivered. No response from customer service I had to email their boss who assured me it would be sent out that day but in fact wasn’t sent out until four days later and in the meantime they keep spamming me for reviews, we’ll, here’s your review. I look bad because I’ve missed the date my gift was meant to arrive (by a mile). Seems I’m far from the only one in this boat as well which is really disappointing.

Order placed 3 weeks ago but hasn’t shipped yet.Called 3 times so far, but the agent is always busy or in a meeting and promised to call back. I’m still waiting for that call.Last update was 2 weeks ago via email informing to wait without any indication of an ETA or ballpark timeline.The ordered products are not special or unique, they’re broadly available locally in other stores.In these cases, we would appreciate from customer service to provide a timeline and an option for the client to decide whether or not to accept the delay or cancel and get a refund.With all the positive reviews which led me to place the order in the first place, one would expect a better customer experience.

Was very disappointed with the whole experience. First time ordering from this company. Delivery promised for mothers day and did not arrive until over a week later. Gift pack with champagne and 2 x glasses ordered (no 2x glasses in box received). Although they did get back to me after a few phone calls and emails however, they never fixed the issues! Hope they can work on these problems.

Very slow delivery of wrong bottle of wine.Trying to get a refund or replacement is impossible.I’ve lost count of how many times they were going to call me back to resolve this issue. (At least 6 times) and it’s still not resolved!I was told to return the wine at my cost.If I could give no stars I would!I do not recommend this company at all.Very very disappointed to say the least!

Terrible, I get this link for a review, but they never sent the wine, was sitting on the shop floor for over two weeks and they never replied to my message. I had to get eBay to step in and force a refund. Now I know why it's called secret bottle, even they can't figure out where the bottles are. Never again!

Great range of wines and super fast shipping, they also now offer Afterpay which is great for Christmas.Only rated 4 stars though because I ordered the 3 x white wine mystery pack, and the 3 x red wine mystery pack, and they sent me 4 white wines and 2 reds.Very annoying as they were Christmas presents and it’s too close to the day to change it so I’ll just have to keep it as is.
