Nee tu.The lady in charge was friendly during the assessment. However I found that there was little professionalism as well as some direct rudeness, for asking for simple answers. I really feel this training course is for those that don’t mind having hap hazard communication and a gap hazard course. The one star is for the initial contact

I graduated my cert 3 and I have learned a lot from Neetu. She is very helpful and help me to create my future at the day care. I’m working full time at the day care and I am very enjoyed my job. I am currently studying Diploma with Neetu again. I would recommend to study with Neetu. I am very appreciative for her help.
