We had an issue with a one of our power circuits tripping the safety switch after heavy rain. Unfortunately it wasn't just a bung appliance and this was not an easy fault to diagnose. But Dale persevered until he found it restoring power much to our relief. I'd recommend Dale's diagnostic skills any day. And he's a top bloke, very friendly and professional.

Sent an enquiry on a Sunday about a quote for an oven repair, Dale was onto the phone right away to confirm the issue and first thing Tuesday morning (Monday was a public holiday) he had sourced the parts required and provided a reasonable quote. Fit the job in really quickly for me and was an absolute pleasure to deal with!

When the hot water tank at our rental property was not working and the plumber couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it, I decided to call DJM Electrical Service Group after reading the reviews. Dale was so friendly and professional. He came to the house first thing the next morning and the hot water tank was fixed by lunchtime. He explained what was wrong with it and how he was going to fix it. Living an hour and half away from the property, Dale sent me before and after pictures of his work when he was done. He even replaced another part on the hot water system at no extra cost. We will only be using the DJM Electrical Service Group in the future for all of our electrical needs.
