SPOTLESS, modern, comfortable place to do some laundry. We had been on holiday for 10 days and need to get some laundry done.We had to wait about 15minutes as the smaller capacity machines were being used, but it wasn’t a big deal. Put in 2 loads side by side, fully customizable washer with water temp setting and extra time available too.There’s a nice big table or countertops to fold on.$7.50 per load to wash, then $7.50 per load to dry. For $30 and an hour of time, we were done:). Beats hotel service or other same-day services out there.Happy we found this place:)

Wish there were more stars! We are here from the states and the obvious tap option to pay was how I ended up venturing over to this laundry.The soap is already in the machine which was a total bonus suprise as I didn't have any. The machines are in a variety of sizes. The entire place was soooooo clean and what a great place to hang for a bit with jazzy tunes and a place to charge a phone.The best laundry I've ever been in....and I met a girl from my home town in there as well. An absolute must if you are in Sydney and need to do a little laundry!Thank you so much!

Used the pickup and drop-off service twice when I was in town for a business trip. It was truly a pleasant and great experience for me. We just need to fill up a form with how much load and special instructions for them. I requested for the team to pick up and drop off at the lobby hotel I was staying at. It was around 42AUD for pickup drop-off, wash, dry, and fold for 7kg clothes. Works for me if compared to the hotels laundry charges. I am happy for the 2x service I had with them. Will use their service again if I'm in town on my next trip.

Apartment sitting for a month in Potts Point so needed a place to do some washing due to all the rain! Found laundrlab along Victoria Street and what a great find. Download the app, add some funds and then view washers and dryers available. You can sit and work at the desks and use the usb chargers provided or head out for a coffee or meal and be notified a few minutes before your load of washing or drying is done. Very convenient!

7.50 for the small washing machine, 7.50 small dryer.Makes your life easier, no laundry detergent needed.Every machine is contactless payment.Super clean and modern with plenty chargers to charger phones or laptops while you wait.

This little gem of a laundromat can be found on Victoria street, Potts Point, quite literally a stones throw from the Holiday Inn on Potts Point.It is amazing clean, to almost OCD levels, not a bad thing considering we’ve just had 3 years of Covid and it’s still ongoing, so simple to use, bring your laundry, pick a machine, put the laundry in, pick a programme, pay via card, no cash, coins or detergent needed, and the machine does it all for you.I used a 9kg machine which took 26 minutes as I chose an extra and cost me $7.50, what wasn’t to like!I then chose a 10kg dryer at 36 minutes, same concept at the washer, throw the laundry in, choose the programme, hit ready to dry, pay the same $7.50 and off you go.The owners were in when I was there Toby and Carlos, very nice to speak to them both and hear about their ethos concerning their business, I hope they manage to spread far and wide with this concept because it’s so easy to use, and there is even free wi fi to boot!!If you’re looking for a clean, easy to use laundry place to use, then LAUNDRLAB is THE place to go.

When I think of self-service laundry shops, the array of old washing machines pops up, along with heavy coins and self-purchase detergents.Laundrlab recognises the inconvenience above and allows customers to use cashless/ contactless payment. Both washer and dryer machines are modern with simple and easy touch-screen options to choose from. The washer dispenses detergent hence you don’t have to purchase your own. I’m truly impressed.The only downside is the limited seatings.

Pretty nice place with wifi and seats. Clothes were cleaned and dried thoroughly. Pretty hot in there though.

Very clean, easy to use, fast and reasonable prices! I love that the website shows real time status of the machines so you can keep an eye on your wash without having to stay there.It also allows to set up alerts for when the machines are free.The machines are clean and have a few settings to help customise the wash or dry cycles.There were two big buckets free to use that were very convenient.Card only payments also makes it non stressful as you cannot run out of coins.
