Charged me for registering the domain name but after a week designing the sample website they informed me the domain name is registered by some one else! Very annoying!!

Went with crossover web based on their good customer reviews on there website.Turned out to be a bit annoying, they are hard to get a hold of after giving them the money.Was a bit unhappy with the end result of the site as i had to fix a lot of the pages spelling mistakes and grammer. Also the site isn't 100% responsive as the quote module doesn't work on mobile devices.

Not reliable if your running a business, no aftersales support and they behave as if they are hackers.3 sales people changed while developing and launching web.They looked quick at first and than become slow and shortly they stopped replying to my emails and hardly could get them on the phone.I agreed with the 3rd guy who finalised my site to charge me on hosting and I will take care on changing the details on the web and update photos as they were not able to do them in reasonable time manner.2 years passed and never had contact with them after that as I was so busy to think about the site. Last 10 days my email stopped working and I tried to contact them and finally got someone called Don after 3 days.He promised to fix the problem of server in 36 hours and meanwhile my email was down and between he doesn’t answer my calls and email it took him 4 days to come back to me with another promise that it will be sorted out in 24 hours. But this guy desapear and never replied to my email or phone calls (this was during a period of 7 days and my email was down imagine a business without email for 7 days).I had to outsource reliable local company to establish my email with Microsoft to keep my business running. When I did this my history email was deleted and my Developper needed the PST file.When I called back crossover they answered and a new staff called Amanda took over promising to improve performance and that I’m in good hands. When I asked about back up file she came back to me saying I owe them $500 for 2 years and therefore cannot release the file, I was shock as I never received a claim for payment and never had support against those fees. I told them I’m happy to pay for hosting but not the service as wasn’t available.We end up paying less amount in return to release the file.I made the payment 2 days ago and still waiting for someone to answer my calls and emails as apparently Amanda disappeared too.I’m still waiting but will let you know if they answer back
