The team at Smithfield Diagnostics are champions! We have been getting our car serviced there for years. When we recently had an emergency breakdown, our car was towed to them & we were on the road again in no time. Even though they were flat out, they squeezed us in. Cannot thank the team enough! Your the best!

Many thanks for your fantastic work on my Jeep Grand cherokee diesel over these past Days servicing my car.Whilst on holidays in Cairns i required a service etc on my Jeep and was thinking of fitting a Fitting a Catch can and addressing the carbon issues in the manifold that could cause problems later if left. I came across your serviceson my phone and spoke to Mark. Your communication was first class and your advise about every issue required was greatfull in my decision to go ahead with this work. Great service offered by Great people. I called at 8:30am, dropped my Ute off 20mins later. Within the hour I received a honest assessment with solutions and pricing. Collected my Ute that afternoon, happy with the price and workmanship. I recommend with both thumbs up.

Booked a roadworthy inspection to transfer my car from Victoria to Queensland.How big the surprise was when they failed me because of my left wheel bearing noisey" while I received the Vic roadworthy one week earlier. But it's okay it can happen right?I asked for a quote that they never sent...I went to another mechanic who checked the said wheel bearing and no noise detected after thorough inspection. I passed the roadworthy successfully and saved +- 500$ by going somewhere else...Beside that

Marvellous service. I tried three other places and I wouldn't even look at my car, they were too busy! Martin said he would look at my car but couldn't promise anything. 3 hours later he phoned to tell me my car wasfixed bug and he was bringing it over. The cost was very reasonable and yet even fix a couple of problems that i hadn't even mentioned. I am well pleased and will certainly be taking my car to them in future.

We brought our car in for aircon inspection. Turns out everything was all good. The workshop did not even charge us for the inspection. We are grateful to the time and effort the technician spent checking our vehicle.This is our first time 'servicing' the car here, and for their honesty and generosity, I can trust them with any other services that we may need in the future. Smithfield Diagnostics (Repco) really looked after me while my XTrail was in for major repairs (New clutch, Timming chain upper and lower, and reseal).It was a lengthy job, having to wait for parts to come in, and having to completely remove the motor and gear box, I was surprised at the speed everything was once once they had all the parts.Best part was I had the curtesy car the entire time, to make the whole process easy.I would recommend these guys for any major work.
