I’m so glad I found this gym 7 months ago. From day 1, they have been the most supportive people helping me achieve my goals. My trainer Zak is fantastic and cannot recommend him enough. The rest of the staff are always welcoming, up for a chat or just to tell you you’re doing awesome. You get to know the regulars who are just a good and will help you, if needed ,and always down for a chat. Great place to workout and make some friends along the way

Easily the best gym I’ve visited, with a great range of equipment – it’s friendly, has easy parking, is open 24/7.Training with David Georgiou and his team is what really sets Precision apart from the others. David is an exceptional health & fitness coach who works just as easily with people with sedentary jobs (like me) as he does with professional athletes, and I would recommend anyone to train with him at least once to experience what it’s like to have the focus and support of a top-flight coach behind you.My quality of life just continues to improve over the 2 years I’ve trained David and his team – I sleep, eat and move better, I’ve lost weight and my posture has improved. The biggest change for me is that I actually look forward to exercising now, having never considered myself a ‘sporty’ person – the programming is consistently varied and there’s an awesome atmosphere of hard work and fun.5 stars, would recommend.

Being with this gym for close to 1 almost 2 years, I have to say for having the honour to be my first gym ever gone to. I've have the most amazing experiences each time coming to sessions with my PT helping me achieve my goals to help improve not just my strength and fitness but making me feel a lot better overall.When I first started I had no experience at all and met David at the gym. He matched me with my trainer Ahrie, which I spoke with him about what I was wanting to achieve coming to the gym. He worked out a plan to help and gave me really amazing advice and how to improve my eating habits and health.My trainer taught me many things but the main one was to have the confidence in yourself till you start to get to the failing point knowing that you went to the maximum level and you made those goals achievable and to never give up.Anyone looking to get started with a gym for the first time, I would highly recommend Precision Fitness.

Great place to get back into a fitness regime. Group classes are excellent. The owner and trainer, David, is knowledgeable and encouraging and he knows when to push you to reach further in fitness.
