We had such a great experience with Base Zero. They were professional and very easy to work with. Having the climbing wall at our church Christmas event was a real hit! We look forward to having them come again next year

We had booked the climbing wall for our kids holiday camp in 2020 when COVID hit and we had to postpone the booking a number of times. The staff were always helpful and so considerate of our needs.We finally got to run our program last week and the Climbing Wall was a great success. Mark arrived on time, was very well organised and super easy to work with. We managed to have 120 children climb in the 4 hours session that we booked.The best part was that there was an atmosphere of encouragement created where the children were actually cheering each other on to reach the top or just do their best.Super fun activity and great company to work with, thanks so much!

We are a Charity providing nutritious meals to the homeless; the aged, sick, and infirm; the vulnerable; and the marginalised people of Western Sydney.We have held this fundraising event every year since 2014 except for 2020 and 2021, because of Covid.We have hired your climbing wall several times now and every year, it has been a hit with our patrons - young and old - wishing to show their prowess in scaling up the wall in record time. The feedback from our younger supporters is that the climbing wall is a fantastic feature of our event.This equipment is very important to our event as it not only provides entertainment throughout the day, it also keeps our supporters engaged so that they stay longer. And if our younger supporters are enjoying themselves, they will keep their parents at the event longer. More importantly, they are likely to come back next year. The more people who stay the more money is raised at the event. That is the ultimate objective. We like to make people happy. Happy people give more!Thank you, Mark, for doing such a great job in keeping our people safe and happy on the day. Look forward to seeing you again next year.

I had the Base Zero team at my event last weekend, and they were fantastic! The kids enjoyed the challenge and the Base Zero team were so easy to deal with.Will definitely be booking again in future!

Kids had an absolute ball with the Base Zero Rock Climbing Wall. This is the third time we have used this attraction at our annual Warialda Show.

The Rock Climbing was AWESOME and tested our limits. For some of us, it was a little scary BUT we had FUN nevertheless! The thought of being up high was exciting but it was even more EXCITING when we actually got up there! Everyone got LOTS of TURNS so it was GREAT. CHALLENGING but fun and we LOVED IT!

I used Base Zero for an event at the university I work at and it was a huge success at our o-week activations. Thanks!

We recently celebrated our Son's 16th Birthday and wanted some action for the day for the boy's to engage in. We are so very happy that we chose Base Zero, Mark was exceptionally nice, got all the kids (and the adults) involved and ensured safety was No1. Highly recommend Base Zero Rock climbing. We had a School family day on a Saturday afternoon and evening with a few hundred children and their families attending and booked Base Zero to be part of several activities we had planned for the event. Their team provided all necessary paperwork and checks in advance of the event, arrived on time in advance of our start time and set up quickly and easily. Kids from a broad age range were able to use and enjoy their rock climbing wall and their team handled a very large number of kids during the 4 hour booking. Highly recommend.
