Called to see if they would be open on Australia day, after being told they would open at 8am and driving 45 minutes out if our way, they weren't open. Waited 1 hour and after watching over 40 people come and go they lost a lot of business today.

What a lovely experience I had at bcf epping today.not only did the lady at the desk let me use the toilets as I was desperate..Anton was the name of the young man with outstanding customer service.we came in to look at rods and ended up purchasing 2 rods plus many more extra things as Anton was very helpful and convinced us to buy..pls pass on out many thanks to Anton and the staff at roping bcf

I don’t understand how the price of everything went up for almost the double. I use to come here and pay 3.49 for simple float, now the same one is for 6.49, same hooks, was 3/4 dollar now it’s 9/12 dollar. And the rest too….

The staff at the Epping store are just awesome! I needed to swap a mattress to a smaller one, originally purchased from another store. Nothing was a problem and they were super helpful and friendly!

Absolutely disgusting locationSays they’re open till 8pm on their website and they won’t open the door to hand over a click & collect that I drove an hour to get there to pick up.I said to the guy “well when you leave, how are you getting out” he said “I’ll put in a code” I said to him “you can’t put in that code to open the door now and just hand me my click and collect”, he says “no”.Even though 3 minutes earlier as I was parking I watched a lady in the store open the door for a man.This business and the people that work here need to learn customer service skills and legal obligations of what advertised trading hours mean.

Staff service was not Great and not willing to help. After 35mins on phone waiting for Customer service to answer the girl on other end was helpful and sorted. In store team didn't want to know, seemed to hard for them to sort my issue.Never again at Epping store, I might give another store a go??
