Terrible after sales service - bought a SEIKO watch from PROUDS MT OMMANEY which died after 6 months. Got a new battery - still dead. I take the watch back for a replacement, and they said the Warranty is void because I had the battery changed (!)Then they wanted to charge me $15 (!!) to post it to SEIKO for me, and told me to wait 4-6 weeks" and "see what SEIKO says

A shop assistant mislead me into thinking I could get a refund within 30 days, but when I returned to the store they just said it's not the store policy and fobbed me off. Extremely unhappy about being lied to and ripped off.

I bought my husband's watch at Brookside and it needed link taken out. I was in Mt Ommaney shopping centre and they did it for me no problems.

Terrible service. I purchased a Lorus watch (supposed to be a Seiko by another name?) It lasted 4 days, no kidding, 4 days. When I took it back to Proud s Mt Ommaney, they informed me that it had to be returned to the factory who would decide if it was would be covered by warranty. Further because it was close to Christmas, the process would take 4-6 weeks. When I contacted them again 6 weeks later, they advised that it had just come in and that they had tried to contact me but did not get an answer. Guess what, no evidence of the call on my mobile, which would also question their ethics.

What a poor excuse for a jewellery store, selling faulty watches with 0 out of 5 for customer service really rude and not accommodating. Staff with poor attitude. I highly recommend not shopping there or any prouds in general. Attended to by Alicia thats the employee who I dealt with. Well done prouds for hiring such a staff member with one of the worst attitudes I have ever witnessed. I will not be back

All the staff at the Mt Ommaney branch are great. I had a custom order engagement ring that the claw had broken on and unfortunately lost the blue topaz... Took it back to the store to see if they could help and they replaced it free of charge because of the faulty claw. I was expecting to need to pay but they just took care of it and I was so so impressed with their personal service. Recommend them wholeheartedly.

I went in to swap an item that I purchased online. Georgia was so lovely to deal with. She was super helpful and nothing was to much for her. I was able to find a replacement. The manager in store was also super lovely I don't often write reviews but thought this store deserved recognition.

If I could leave a one star review I would, we went to go get our rings resized and they messed up our order. They took longer then they quoted us almost missed our deadline for the wedding ceremony and on top of that they changed us an extra $40 when we picked up the rings because they messed up the paperwork.
