Heath helped me with a security door that had to be slammed several times for it to lock properly. He was prompt and spotted the problem straight away, had the right tools to fix it and gave me some great advice about looking after the locks and doors generally (silicone spray!!) He had to do a tiny amount of damage to the door jamb to get it all working and I really appreciated that he made sure I was OK with what he had to do. A lovely man, and knows his craft well. And I've got a silent security door again. Highly recommended.

I thought I would have to sleep on the porch like a stray cat when locked out of my house one night. Fortunately, Heath from Huon Valley Locksmiths arrived and saved the day. He showed up within the hour of my call and got to work on my lock like a pro.Before I knew it, he had the lock picked and the door open. It was like watching a magician at work.I give Heath five stars for his speedy service, impressive skills, and great sense of humour. Thanks for everything, Heath - you're a real lifesaver (and door opener).

Heath has helped me on a few occasions. He once found a builder had put a lock on upside down on my unit’s front door. As I was locked out it made for a difficult re entry scenario, which Heath handled quickly and deftly. He is calming and gives his clients confidence that the job needed will be very well done. Highly recommended .

I found Heath to be prompt and very helpful. He replaced my broken lock immediately . He was polite and good humoured with my overly inquisitive dogs. I would absolutely recommend him.
