Been here a couple times and honestly never disappointed. Got my keys cut the first time here a couple years ago and he was close to closing and he still did it for me. The other time I got a pendant engraved and other engravers told me it’s too small, he did it by hand for me and it was perfect and precise. The very last time I used his services I got another pendant engraved using his laser machine and he remembered me and gave me a discount. Great quality and timely service. Highly recommend.The picture of the bone pendant is the one he did by hand.

Spoke to these guys last week when I was visiting Westfield Liverpool to get a quote on a spare proximity key for my Toyota Corolla 2016. Didn't have time so called them up today to check if they could complete the task today and the guy confirmed they could. Drove down to the mall just to get the job done only to realize that they don't have a 3 button remote available for my car. They have a 4 button key instead and it won't matter as the button would not work. When I asked the guys why didn't he check that with me before committing when I clearly stated that I need an exact copy, the guy at the shop instead blamed me by stating you should have told me that you have a 3 button remote. Is that for real? Give me a break...I don't have multiple cars that I would have seen all type of remotes. Ask the right questions before wasting a customer's time and efforts.

If I could give this store a minus 1000, I would. In my 26 years in Australia and today was the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Very rude, yelling at me and swearing at me. To all those people thinking to leave anything in this shop to get fixed, think twice because they only know how to wreck things and not admit their faults. I left a $1500 wedding shoes just to ask them if they can add an elastic behind the band to make it tighter. Only to find a diamontie missing when I returned after 10 mins. But they blamed it on the shoes after knowingly inspecting the shoes before I left them the shoes. They have 0 manners and respect for customers. Dogs get more respect than these people give their customers. I’m a very loyal and regular customer, not anymore. This kind of people should not be in business.

Can't recommend these guys enough. They did two engravings for me on the spot on wood and sterling silver. Tricky jobs, but they were amazing and easy to work with. 5 stars!!!

We went in because we thought our car key was out of battery and needed to be replaced. Turns out it wasn't broken and we probably left one of the car doors open. The employee was very helpful and even came up to our car to double check that the problem was fixed. Awesome customer service, they could have charged us $150+ to fix it, but were honest with us and we didn't have to pay anything. Thanks so much!

after a lot of searching and visiting local stores, i thankfully came across this place that officially did chinese engravings! not only was the guy extremely nice and helpful, but he truly did a great job at the engraving and i was really happy with how it turned out! it was at a reasonable price as well as he was really flexible with all my requests! would definitely come back here again in the future!

I had a dog tag engraved here. Everything was awful, for $20 I got myself a scratched up tag with engraving that wasn't even aligned. Save your efforts and go elsewhere.
