Amazing authentic Italian pizza in Mornington. The front staff was super helpful in accommodating us with walk-ins. The pizzas were amazing especially the San Daniele. Super generous and quality slices of prosciutto and fresh buffalo mozzarella on a perfectly cooked pizza dough. The tomato sauce was fresh and delicious too. Will definitely be back when we are in the Mornington region.

A review really can't do this place justice, you have to see to experience it to believe it. Packed to the rafters with queues out the door you'd be wise to make a reservation, but they will do all they can to accommodate walk ins. You might have to wait at the bar a bit. The energy, the staff running around like crazy yelling at each other in Italian. You could be forgiven for forgetting you're in Australia and not Italy. The pizzas are amazing which almost goes without saying at this point. Simply put the most authentic pizza you'll find this side of Italy.Amazing. Go here.

I’ll start off by saying the pizzas and ricotta cannoli we picked up were delicious but unfortunately that’s where the positives end.I also ordered two sides that very underwhelming to say the least. The serving size of the eggplant dish was very small for the price we paid… the tomato salad looked very different from the picture online and was also very small. We waited for the food for about an hour… very annoying.

Walked into DOC purely because it looked liked a nice place, it was pumping & had great outdoor seating - only to find out it was an Italian restaurant, service & atmosphere both great, my gf pizza was delicious, you’d never know it was gf, my husband’s pesto gnocchi were so soft & fluffy - totally authentic food, highly recommend!

Excellent alfresco dining experience with delicious pizza, salad and prosciutto with a wide selection of beers and wines. Service was great too and staff were helpful recommending different Italian cuisine. Highly recommend checking out the deli section as well.

Loved this place. Great food, great beer selection. Amazing deli meats, pasta and pizza.The vibe and ruckus when celebrating a birthday was fantastic as well.14 of us (8 adults, 6 kids) dined and we're very full. This (set menu as a group booking) paired with soft drinks and a couple of beers was a $714 bill. Quite reasonable given the quality of food and experience. Would go again in a heart beat.

We didn't book before we came, but we were lucky to get a table. It was Monday but It's full.The service was excellent, we were so happy to have dinner here as the staff were fantastic and friendly. All the food we ordered was very delicious. Even the dessert was great.It's really a must to visit this restaurant if you come to Mornington.

Amazing! Had a couple days away in Mornington and thought I'd treat myself to a fancy Italian dinner. Popped in on a Tuesday expecting a quiet area but the place was busy and pumping. The manager was able to seat me straight away right next to the kitchen area. The server was knowledgeable about the cocktails, and best of all the food was absolutely amazing, tasty, hot, well presented and overall excellent.I was in, fed and out within an hour which was perfect.
