Had to get a mighty mcmuffin and sausage and egg remade 3 times. Each time they either forgot the cheese/ sauce then they forgot the eggs. Horrible service, even worse food. Would not reccomend for anyone to eat here. I'd question the food handling process, how well can children manage hygine and food saftey.

If I could give it a zero I would. The willows store is terrible. Every time we order it is wrong. This is what we got for two large meals tonight. Hungry Jacks from now on. After continuously being ripped off bye bye Maccas

With 24/7 access, this place is great if you are looking for a meal anytime of the day. Wait times can be a bit long and most times they do get your order right however it's recommended to check before driving off.Staff are friendly at both drive through and ordering in. There are Carparks at the front however on Sundays it can be difficult to get a park due to people parking there for the markets.With COVID restrictions in place, hand sanitizer is available in store and card or Maccas App payment is preferred but they still accept cash. If you are wanting great deals, use the Maccas app for ordering as they push through specials such as $1 cheeseburgers and $2 McCafe orders.Food here is great and is generally made fresh. If there are issues with your order, let the store know and they will sort you out

Absolutely terrible to the staff. Management need a hard look at things. These kids put in when they can work and they are expected to work after their times regardless of their school commitments or parents who drive them. Very disappointed.

This time entering my order wouldn't print again so when I asked staff they weren't concerned but gave attitude to me. So if this occurs I usually just give my patronage to a different resteraunt.
