All Freight Carrying

Awful service. My package sat in the warehouse for 6 days. Three phone calls later and I had to go and get it myself. 1 hour and 14 minute round trip to do their job for them.

Terrible service from delivery driver, left a message for the company to call me back and they don't care as haven't responded. Its now in the hands of fantastic furniture and allied express as to if they want to use this incompetent company and be associated with them.

They found my package and I was on my way. No fuss...Thanks guys

I contacted this company 3 times regarding my package 2 time the person was extremely rude and told me they had 1 package and waiting on another. I contacted allied express and got confirmation it was only 1 parcel I was receiving. After a week I drove 30 minutes to pick it up myself. Extremely unprofessional.

I have attempted to make contact with this company on several occasions it has taken them 2 weeks to get a parcel from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast. What a poor effort for the company supplying me these goods. Absolutely horrendous customer service and communication especially when I call their office at 11am on a Monday and am advised by an answering service to call during office hours 8-4.30pm. Umm I am trying!!!!!!

Four cartons were sent at the same time. One carton arrived at the destination on one day, another two cartons the following week the fourth carton, missing. Oh hold for two hours and eighteen minutes to enquire. One week later still no reply. Two weeks later ………… please help.

Highly recommend this business. The staff were very helpful and kind to me after other companies let me down. Rarely come across this level of service these days. Thank you

After a failed first delivery attempt because the driver did not call ahead (and had a 4x3m rug for delivery which he could not just leave outside), we had to arrange a second delivery at a time that we would be home. The office assured me the driver would call ahead to arrange, however this afternoon I heard a great thud on the driveway and when I went to investigate I could see the driver taking a photo, and then he literally ran down the drive when I opened the door - presumably because I had paid for a two man carry so they could get the rug into the living room, and they couldn't be bothered. They did not call ahead as agreed, and they left a huge rug on my driveway with no assistance (which was paid for).

If I could give this company a zero I would. Driver ignored delivery instructions did not deliver my parcel and put it down as a missed delivery. He was rude on the phone when I called back and hung up on me. I certainly would not use this company ever again. I now have to go and pick up my parcel myself because of the incompetence and poor customer service of their driver. He actually had the audacity to say he left a card which he did not.
