The owners son and Karen were absolutely awesome to deal with. A slight error resulted in the young man driving 2.5 hours one way to give us some bolts and slats that were missing for our bed. We were going to collect them in a week or so, but they were immediately delivered to us!! This was way beyond reasonable expectation, however we are very grateful. Thank you for an awesome shopping experience.

Very good service in store and, more importantly, excellent after sales service when we had a problem with our mattress. Kris and Mary were very responsive and helpful. They didn't give up until the issue was completely resolved to our satisfaction. Highly recommended.

We had a bedding emergency and needed a new mattress urgently. being our first time buying new it was a bit daunting, but Kris was quick to show us through the different types of mattresses and answer any questions we had.Very grateful for his help and he saved us quite a bit with an awesome deal.We are very thankful for your help.
