These guys know their parts and provide great service. Have bought from them a number of times and have received the right part very quickly every single time. They excelled yesterday (16/6/2020) when I ordered a full set of under bonnet rubber hoses for a car at around 1pm and had them the next day (in Sydney) before lunch. I pointed to the bag when it arrived and told my own staff that this is what customer service looks like!

Bought a item from ebay overcharged for shipping. Sent bad feedback after that. Ebay sent email saying Jagdaim doesnt have item anway. Wasted my time for so long. My feedback was deleted. Rang straight to them to order over phone. Will call you back. Never called back. Item still advertised for sale. Rubbish customer service. Will import my own parts and sell them as a competitor now.

Service was great and had my car in the workshop very quickly. Had a service done at the same time, since then had a slow oil leak. Turns out they didn't tighten the oil filter properly. $600 for a service and my oil is on the road. Other than that, pretty happy.

I always check Jagdaim for parts for my 1977 XJ got some real good buys got the last old stock brand new parcel self for $40. If you can find one today in the UK was $120 back in 2015.

These people are legends. They know their jobs and are 'on the case' quickly. I kind of expected to pay inflated prices because I have a Jaguar. Not so. Just bought two old stock door locks for a fraction of the price I had to pay for the same things for my 2004 Rover 75. They also sold me window seals that nobody else seemed to have. It worked out at around $100 per window and they are perfect. Auto choke switch just over $100. Parts are much cheaper than for either of the 21st century cars I own. They are my 'go to' supplier for my 420G and have given me the confidence that I can maintain the old girl for many years to come and I will not face financial ruin.

Ordered some Jag hoses over the phone Friday afternoon. Knock at the door noon today (Monday), they are here - from Melbourne to Perth in barely 2 working days - can't get better than that.Excellent/immediate dispatch. Well done.
