Received a fabulous keratin treatment from Katie, who also provided helpful advice on options, what results to expect, and maintenance. I’m so happy with the result - hair looks 100% healthier. I should also point out that I received 5 star treatment, despite being a ring-in, rather than a local!!

Had the worst cut ever today. I explained what I wanted but the male hairstylist proceeded to cut of way more than expected. And continue giving me the layers I didn’t want. The hairstyle did not suit me as it was straight out of the 70s. It was quite upsetting. Please see the before and after photos. Before was Sunday and after was Tuesday. It’s definitely a lot shorter plus the cut was not great as per the photos

I was happy to find a hair salon that uses and sells Kerastase products. I will be coming back as Katie’s regular client. The is good at understanding the style you want, considering your type of hair and explaining things. I was going to do a conditioning treatment, but ended up trying keratin treatment for the first time. I trust my hair with Katie and she is lovely to chat to. I had a great overall experience at the salon, from the first greeting as soon as I walked in up to walking out with a bag of professional hair products that actually works for its price.

Good service, the hairdresser is very nice and welcoming, she advised me re my haircut and she was very helpful. Happy with the result. Will be coming back definitely :)Price was reasonable as well!

Absolutely incredible service! Katie was very knowledgeable and cared so deeply about maintaining the integrity of my hair. If I lived in Melbourne she would be my regular stylist. I loved the service I received and the positive energy of all the staff. My full head of highlights turned out incredible. I absolutely adored everything about my experience. Amazing transformation with my hair today ar Q Hair. I had really been neglecting my hair of late and went in needing a full treatment - cut, color, foils. Ken is an absolute master hairdresser and I was so delighted with the results. I would absolutely reccomend this salon to anyone - affordable, fast friendly service. Lovely casual atmosphere in the salon as well. I purchased a bunch of hair products that were discounted too. Hard to find a really professional, value for money salon in the CBD. Go there, you won't regret it ♥️

I had a great experience at Q hair. I booked a very last minute cut last Tuesday. The hairdresser (I think was called Kai) was super friendly, skilled, and accommodating and gave me an awesome cut and blow dry
