Tokunai Hair
After having to reschedule due to work, Grace was so understanding and friendly. The vibe of the salon is really relaxing, friendly and non intimidating. All the staff were so kind and extra caring as I had no voice! Grace took such good care of me, made me feel comfortable and understood what I wanted. She even stayed back after closing to style my hair. Thank you Grace and the team! I found my new fave place!

Every time I step through the signature pink door I am made to feel welcome by all of the Tokunai team. My stylist/s listen and work with me to achieve my desired outcome.The salon always has a friendly and fun vibe, whilst also allowing me to just sit back and enjoy some Me time.My hair has become healthier and since implementing some tools/tips as suggested by my stylist my at home care has become more efficient around my busy work life. 100% reccomend a visit to the team at Tokunai Hair.

Tokunai Hair is the absolute best salon in Cairns. All the girls are so beautiful. I’m very particular who does my hair and wouldn’t go to anyone else now I’ve found Tokunai Hair. I’ve been going there for many years now, I often get complimented on my blonde colour. I also bring my kids there, the girls are absolutely amazing with the kids and make them feel very loved and special.I always walk out feeling very special with beautiful hair, the overall service that is provided is exceptional.

I’ve been going to Tokunai for 10 years now!Krystal has created an amazing salon, her staff are lovely, professional and well educated. My hair has been blonde, Red, black and never walked away disappointed. Jo-el is an absolute gem, her experience in the industry reflects through her work. They’re more than a hairdressing salon more like a big family! I 100% recommend xx

Visiting Tokunai is my favourite part of the day. This is not only a hair dressers but a complete hair experience, from the always stylish salon, beautifully presented beverages to amazing service and skills of the whole team. Krystle invests time with her team to ensure they are well trained and up to date with current trends and styles. Lauren and Jo-el are masters of there trade and you will always leave happy and uplifted.

Is 5-stars enough? How many stars is appropriate for what these ladies achieve in a relatively short time. I can walk in with the most yeti hair, my feet heavy from *life* and when I leave this salon, both my hair style and soul are refreshed. Not only are the team super talented, they deliver quality services with a sprinkle of extra care, and always there are great tunes too. Highly recommended. If you don't know what's behind the pink door, you really should check it out.

It was an amazing vibe when walking in, everyone was amazing and so lovely. Even though it did take a long time it turned out so beautifully and i’m obsessed!
