Carol went above and beyond in helping me with my puppy donut. Having never had a puppy before I wasn't sure what was right and what was wrong. Carol made me comfortable enough to ask any questions i had (even the silly ones) and taught be how to live in harmony with my puppy. Following the visit from Carol, donut slept all night in her pen and has been a dream to walk everyday. This was something I was struggling with.Would recommend Carol to everyone as she truely is genuine and there to help you and your pet.Also, she is extremely reasonable priced compared to other companies who dont give you anywhere near the service she provides.

We called Carol to help us with our cheeky puppy Zak. Carol was excellent at teaching us why our puppy was behaving in certain ways and how to correct him straight away. She not only trained Zak but best of all Carol taught us how to deal with a puppy.
