I have just completed my second apartment block with Rochele. They did such a great job on the first building with 50 units that I recommended them strongly to the Body Corp for the second building - 45 units.The key difference is the people they deploy - Manoli was our supervisor for both locations. Extraordinary attention to detail and to customer service. Overall between the two buildings we had 95 units. That means 95 renovations. Or 95 customers - and each one was dealt with by Manoli and his team as if they were the most important customer to ever exist. Importantly we had an independent painting inspector monitor Rochele workmanship. When the Chairman of the Body Corp asked the inspector to rate their work he gave them a 9 out of 10.So 10/10 for customer service and 9/10 for painting performance -Manoli, Alistair, Mark and all the guys...including the amazing cleaner who came with cake for morning tea - amazing...thank you...Scott

I was finding it difficult to choose an interior paint colour to coordinate with something and decided to engage Rochele Decorating to assist. I decided to pay a bit extra to include interior decorating advice as I felt like I wanted to try and take things up a level. I felt designers seem to do something that bit extra when I see photos of their work.Melissa was wonderful she was lovely and seemed to get our style. The paint colours she suggested were perfect for our house and our taste. The painting has been done and it looks fantastic, really lifted and modernised our house. Her decorating advice was measured, reasonable and made perfect sense. I have already implemented some of her ideas and will progress with most if not all of the rest. They will make a difference.
