Wonderful customer service at iCandy Elsternwick. I got the Peach6 and love it!

I just really wanted to leave a review to say thank you to Vikki! you relived me from me anxiety right before I was due to have a baby! I am from Sydney, And was stressing out as I had found I was getting induced early.. with no attachments for my double seat. No capsule attachments. Nothing I needed of my icandy peach and the baby store here in Sydney I had ordered it from didn’t have it despite me paying for it and them telling me they did. Desperate, I called Any icandy store and I came across Vikki! Who answered all my queries regarding what I needed and told me she would have the items I wanted sent to me immediately and I would receive them the following day! Which I did! THEN baby is born I not knowing how to put it all together I message Vikki during the Easter long weekend at about 7:30 am not thinking much, I thought she would reply during the week when she was back at work during business hours. She replied to me at 8am with all the links to help me put it all together. Sorry for my long post but we need more people like Vikki who actually listen to their customers and do what they can to help them! She has been so amazing and so polite and helpful! THANK YOU VIKKI!!!!
