U get 5 star cause your Italian my uncle's are Italian great service highly recommend it always friendly staff

Wow! not once have i ever witnessed any of the staff being rude to anybody from this Pharmacy and i have been going here for the last 5 years, they have always been very quick to help and have shown genuine care for their customers anyone giving these guys a bad review must be a real miserable person, all i can say is they have always treated me and others that i have witnessed with utmost respect and dignity.

Excellent service! I'd been looking to have a script filled at some pharmacies but they couldn't do it. After the fifth pharmacy the chemist told me I needed a compounding pharmacy. He rang Main Street Pharmacy and they told him I could get it the next day if I took my script in that day. When I collected the hormone troche the compounding chemist explained how take them because I had never seen anything like them before. Thank you so much!

Quite surprised by some of the negative comments .... anyway I have been going to MSP for over a year and a half as they are compound accredited. I actually go out of my way to go there (20+ mins as) the staff & service are excellent.

I just called this pharmacy to get a price for a compounded medication for my husband.They asked for a copy of the script which I didn’t have at the time and asked if I could read the ingredients to them.The assistant was not happy and mentioned they make lots of items so would prefer the script, I said I understood but just wanted a general price guide so I didn’t have to go through the whole rigmarole. She was annoyed but ‘allowed’ me to read it…After reading the two active ingredients out she said “there’s got to be something else” and I said “nope that’s it” and she said “well there has to be” and she mentioned about a volume and I said oh ok, “100ml” and she scoffed. I replied and said “can you please not be so rude to me”. She flat out ignored me and just told me the price (which actually was reasonable) I would normally end a phone call saying ok, great thanks so much etc etc but I was actually gobsmacked by how rude this assistant was. If you’re the business owner reading this, this person is not good for your business and you will continue to lose customers with this attitude on your phones. Good luck.

The first time I came here the service that I (and the customer next to me) received was so bad that I only came back, 8 months later, because I absolutely had to and was again appalled at the staff member's incompetence. People are coming to you for help. Their problem may be new to you but you've got to quit being the straw that broke the camel's back. Seriously.

Very friendly and helpful staff. You feel like you're part of the family. They take time to assist.

I can’t fault the communication from Main Street pharmacy. I often get compounded products for my business and they are easy to deal with and quick to respond to my emails and calls, I have always found them very helpful when calling regarding compounding . Unfortunately the ladies on the desk aren’t very friendly. I didn’t feel very comfortable when I was in store.

WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, terrible service and unfriendly/inexperienced and unhelpful staff. I went here as it is a compounding chemist and I needed a prescription. They were unable to make it up for me straight away (although it is very simple) so I was told I needed to come back to collect it later. I had to put a $50 deposit on the prescription and when I asked how much it will cost I was told she had no idea. When i went to collect it the next day I was told i needed to pay more than the $50 deposit I had already paid which is unreasonable as this stuff is so cheap to make and should have cost nothing even close to $50. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
