Professional from the first contact to removal. Robin came to see the house before quoting to give a realistic estimate on the job. Quote was received quickly and booking made. On the day the Greg & Mark turned up in time and nothing was too much trouble for them. They worked so hard and managed to finish in under the quoted hours. I have used M & G Removals a few times over 15 years but the most recent one was for a somewhat emotional move and can not recommend Greg, Robin and the whole team highly enough. From attention to detail in the quoting with Robin to the actual move with the boys, everything went so smoothly. Great team work from start to finish. With Robin and Greg at the helm, the M&G team is quite incredible. They'd previously moved my parents and my in-laws and I knew then that when we next moved they'd be my go to as well. Robin's level of communication and planning is exceptional. Then Greg's calm demeanour and care makes the actual moving smooth and stress free.
