Shopped in store yesterday and was served by the very helpful Julie, absolute first class service and so ever helpful. Sourced all required parts and then followed up with a prompt phone call confirming the backorder was placed and the remainder of item will be dispatched soon. Fantastic to see good old fashioned customer service still exists. A+ for Julie

I've been buying from this Repco store for over 10 years. Staff are always helpful and great to work with. The couple of items I have had with warranty issues over the years were resolved quickly and efficiently. 10/10 for sure, keeps me coming back.

Impressive delivery. Signed up as a member to get $5 delivery and wow, the item I ordered was literally at my door within 30 minutes!! Although the store is only 5 minutes away and the item was in stock there, this still impressive. I am stuck in ISO so had to go the online delivery option and this service may change the way I shop in the future. I have ordered products online from similar stores that are even closer, and delivery typically tool 3 days.

After 10 hours on hold and wrong quotes they finally give a price 2 times higher than everyone else. Thieving dumb arses. Lees spares in kingston is the place to go!!!!

What excellent service!We hit a yellow bollard with our rental car and I went into store to get some cut and polish to try and remove the paint and make it look not quite as bad (?!). The 2 ladies serving were both forthcoming with very helpful suggestions based on their experience. Julie went above and beyond and helped so much that they did themselves out of a sale - but on this occasion only. I will absolutely be a supporter of Repco from here on, and I hope that management realise what a great staff member they have in this store. Thanks again for all your help, you made my day!

Absolutely disgusting customer service by the manager who clearly wants to go into retirement.I was talked down to and given bottom of the barrel service when asked to swap a battery that was the wrong size.I understand that mistakes are made but seriously, have a little decency to try and rectify the situation not cause more problems with belittling others because it’s the end of the day. Wouldn’t recommend this repco location to ANYONE

Stopped here to get a replacement headlight and the staff were super helpful. Since my tools were packed they loaned me the necessary tools to remove the headlight and replace the bulb.

I have bought a few things from here recently. The staff have been wonderful, very helpful. Online it says delivery could be a few days to arrive at the store, they have been there the next day. I bought 4 things costing $117. It turned out that I didn't need all 4 of them. I for cash back upon returning them no problem at all.Great service indeed, thanks guys.
