Grollo Homes - Display Home

Came into the display home. Wasn’t greeted, the guys didn’t even stand up, stayed on his seat and spoke across the room to tell us to take our shoes off. We came to him hoping he would introduce himself but he didn’t even say a word or make eye contact. Ignored us the whole time we were there. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t know how a business like this can afford to have such bad service. We’re taking our business somewhere else even though the display home was very nice.

If you want to show off your wealth then this may be the house for you.

Oh my what a house.

Arrogant, dismissive and disrespectful person at the display home last Sunday. There is no shortage of alternative high-end builders with better service. We’re taking our business elsewhere.
