Recently purchased a second hand car from interstate that had been modified by Geoff for wheelchair use. Geoff attended the dealer on my behalf and reviewed the mods to ensure all were still in working order. He replaced some straps. He went above and beyond for me considering I wasn’t actually a customer. He would not accept any payment and was nothing short of a true gentleman. I can’t recommend Geoff’s service and humanity any more. Should be proud to have a person like Geoff working for the business

Tom, Steve and the team did an amazing job turning an Hyundai iLoad into a van to service homelessness. They listened to our requirements and fitted the van with washing machines, dryers and a generator. They also fabricated grey and white water tank besides doing all plumbing work and electricals; and it was value for money.We, at Fortuna Foundation are truly indebted for helping us out.

Had to use this service twice (due to no one else being able to assist) and both times we had terrible service to the point that I cannot recommend using Wesbar Vanquip at all.Service 1: Cut out and install windows into a panel vanLaid out where we wanted them cut - cut 1 in the right place and the other in the wrong place. No apologies and of course couldn't exactly rectify the mistake when theres a giant hole in the wall.Service 2: Called on the phone to get a quote begrudgingly due to previous issue but no one else in Perth could install a brand new car seat. Got a quote on the phone, then headed in to get the car seat. Of course got a completely different price in store (about 40% higher than originally quoted) of course didn't have written quote and had zero interest in giving me the original price so a classic bait and switch. With no other option had to use their price as mentioned unfortunately only place in Perth.Car seat is installed I then go to get the engineering certificate done, it gets sent off (or that I thought it did). 8 weeks pass with no less than 5 follow ups to reception and one of them being a phone call. Every single time I was brushed off that it was with the engineer and the receptionist never followed up with the engineer....Guess what on the 6th time and 8 weeks after submission (one I was told would take a few days) the receptionist finally decided to call the engineer and actually follow up and the engineer had not submitted it. An issue which could've been solved if they had followed up 6 weeks earlier.Upon requesting to speak to the manager, I was brushed off multiple times and then when I did get on a phone call the manager was more defensive and rude than helpful.Dont go here avoid at all costs - want to rip you off and then not even finish the job correctly.

I had the guys install some seats in the back of my 4wd - even though the job was relatively small for them, they were super responsive to emails and they helped me along the way making it a really easy process. The job they've done is excellent and I'd have no complaints recommending them to anyone. The total cost even came in cheaper than the initial quote - amazing!

I can highly recommend Wesbar Vanquip based on my own experience. Great service, easy and friendly communication from experts. I bought a cargo barrier for my FJ, which is hard to find these days. But Tom had for me, which goes to show that their product range in stock is exceptional and priced reasonably. Arrived in immaculate condition within the week. Thank you very much for quality service!
