Worst customer service ever, very rude people. They broke my phone and never fixed it. They are not knowledgeable and no experience, just don’t trust them. Stay away if you like your phone and pocket. The prices are so expensive too.

I took my working phone in to repair my screen. I was told 45 minutes, cool.Came back, and it's not ready. Another 30 minutes.Turns out, he replaced the screen but the touch feature wasn't working. So he had to send it off for repairs.It's a business phone. It wouldn't be ready for 5 days. He suggested I use a spare phone? I don't have a spare phone. Can't you guys lend me one at least for breaking my phone and now affecting my business.. oh no, sorry we don't have any..I went to pick my phone up, it's working, this time he's lost my case. He suggests I may have took it. What for? I told him check your cameras. He said it doesn't really work.I suggested just take off $30.. he suggested he couldn't and would touch base with his suppliers to see if in stock.I tried to explain your better off taking $30 off saving you time and money etcGot him to sign the receipt If he does not follow through I will proceed to take it further with the Australian consumer law.

Rude technician, no knowledge of cell phones and accessories to put, no experience in installation of screen guard to the extent of damaging the phone, poor customer handling and service, online customer complaint not attended to. Not going back.

Didn't have the right screen in, asked me to come back the next weekend as they would order it in. I did that. They didn't have it in, so asked me to go to the Castle Hill store after 5pm to have it repaired there. Then they tried to charge me 3x more than the original quote after making me go out of my way twice to get it repaired. These guys are dodgy despite being quite friendly at first - go somewhere reputable and save your money. Glad I didn't get it repaired there now as a bunch of reviews suggest they do dodgy repair jobs anyway. .

Quite expensive for fixing Apple Watch and worst part was that the battery that was replaced didn’t last 1 charge and has to come back to get it replaced again. … upon asking why it happened …I was told that it’s normal that battery has this issue and will be replaced…that doesn’t make sense at all…it was so casual and zero customer service on that incident…after two visits and 2 weeks the watch is fixed

Came to shop to drop off phone to get screen fixed and they supposedly had one phone screen left. Come back after several hours to be told I should’ve received a call to say that they did not have the correct screen. Placed a deposit that same day to get the correct screen ordered in. Jump three days forward and I have dropped the phone off again. Come back to find out they have ordered in a cheap version of the replacement screen and the screen did not turn on. They had to order a new “better quality” screen. When asked to put the original screen back on for usage while waiting for the correct screen, they tell me that while taking it off they have damaged it so much that the display will not work until the third new screen has arrived. Not impressed with this business.

We had terrible experience with them. They have replaced my son’s laptop’ screen twice and every time after 8 months it didn’t work and they told us they have only 6 months warranty that is against Australia consumer law. The customer service is awful and no one take the responsibility.

Had my iPhone 11 screen replaced 3 weeks ago. When pressing the screen the phone would respond in a different spot, then it went black except at the top as shown in the photo, then lines appeared.Took it back to the rouse hill store and was told by Aman it wouldn’t be covered under warranty, and I’d need to pay another $90 to have it replaced.Have also tried to reach out to Mobile experts with no response.

My husband took my iPhone to have the screen replaced. Over 3 weeks it gradually got worse. Started with buttons randomly touching when on the phone in pocket. Then the touch became very slow or unresponsive then only 3 weeks after replacement it was in my pocket and I could hear buttons touching. When I looked the screen was almost all black. Husband took it to be replaced and they wouldn’t fix it. Saying it must have been dropped which it wasn’t. Would not recommend to anybody.
